Our marvellous ESO4 students have been working on International Women's Day these days in the Literacy class. The main theme has been: #BalanceforBetter
They have created their own posters with their own (previously brainstormed) themes, which are all connected to United Nations global goal number 5: Gender equality and women's empowerment. The posters can be seen at school these days since they are shown as wall art.
In addition, we have been working today on Emma Watson's 2014 powerful speech to the United Nations on the topic of gender equality.
