EXCURSION TO THE LAGOON
Miguel
and Álvaro are two boys of 38 years old married adults with a child
daughter in common, named Abril, of 8 years old.
One
day, they decided to make a route to a forest, where mysterious
creatures were said to appear. At the last minute when they decided
to leave home, it started to rain, so they had to take the car to
make the trip and not get wet. In the middle of the way, they decided
to stop at a restaurant to rest and have a drink, there was two
Arabic people next to them who were already leaving the bar happy.
When
they left the bar, they looked at the sky and realized that it was no
longer raining, but that a beastly storm began to rise in the sky.
They doubted a little whether they should continue the journey or
not, but they really wanted to travel to the lake and to be able to
finish the long journey already, so they continued ...
When
they arrived there was only fog, and a group of hikers shouted at
them that they were not in the lagoon that they believed they were,
but in the Mediterranean Sea!!! There you could not see fantastic
creatures, but Abril swore to see a real mermaid with a pink tail,
and thought that perhaps fantastic things did not only happen in the
lagoons ...
As
they were leaving, the mermaid gave Abril a magic jewel and told her
that she could use it in special times when she needed her help.
They
returned home and Abril never said anything to her parents.
