I have picked 'Full Metal Jacket'. What I could understand from the trailer is that it shows the situation of the Vietnam War from the point of view of the soldiers, sometimes in a humoristic way.
The title of the film is: "Full Metal Jacket". Published in 1987, remembered by the iconic character: the sergeant Hartman. That film is set in the war of vietnan and the genre of the film is action and war. Songs that were against the war: John Lennon - "Imagine" , The Cranberries - "Zombie", The Black Eyed Peas - "Where Is the Love?" Song about the war of Vietnam: Bob Dylan - "Masters of War".
I've seen the official trailer of the film "We Were Soldiers". It is a drama movie and is about a group of soldiers that go to a place known as "la Drang Valley", where the United States is fighting. I have also listened to a song named "Blowin' in the Wind".
I've chosen "Platoon" that is a movie in which there are shown the lifes of a platoon of American soldiers while they are patrolling fighting and finally, some of them dying in the jungles of Vietnam through the perspective of a young recruit.

I've done some reseach and I've found a song called 'For What It's Worth' by Buffalo Springfield. I've listened it and it's very emotive.
I've chosen "Full Metal Jacket". This film treat the ruthless war in a funny and hilarious way. It's shown some fun scenes about American soldiers. In addition, the director of the film originally wanted to make a film about the Holocaust, although after discussing it with screenwriter Michael Herr, he changed his mind in favor of a story about the Vietnam War.
I have seen the one called ‘Good morning Vietnam” and it seems interesting and funny also even of what it is anout.
