As you know, in the Programme we are great fans of mind maps, especially in our language skills lessons in both science and geo/history. Nowadays our students are becoming more and more used to audio/visual materials to help them acquire knowledge for that reason we use mind maps to help our students master the target contents either in Science or in Geography/History, while at the same time they are deductively working on the building blocks of the English language, therefore, on literacy. In addition to this perk, there are studies that suggest that "seeing a language" can help the students retain its structure. This time the students designed a mind map that was intended as a recap of their visit to the Old Town of Cáceres. Here are some samples of their work:
