Problem- What is the problem of the story?
Dorothy and her dog Toto end up in the land of Oz after a tornado blows away their home. There, along with the creatures she encounters on her way, Dorothy will look for the Wizard of Oz to see if he can help them return home.
Solution- How is the problem solved?
The Wizard ended up being a regular person who didn’t know magic, so they returned home using the silver shoes Dorothy was given at the beginning of the book.
Moral/Lesson of the story- What did you learn about the story?
I've learnt that sometimes the solution to a problem is right before your eyes the whole time and that the simplest one sometimes is the right option, but that's just one of the many things I have absorbed from the book.
