Those who have been learning English for a long time know that it can open up many opportunities for work, travel and study. But it has many strange spellings, pronunciations, vocabulary, etc. that can make it hard work when learning it.
In our 4th year literacy class we have devoted some sessions to work with some of these difficulties (false friends, silent letters, compound words, irregular plurals, etc.) and to talk about other aspects that are hard for each student in particular, which has been reflected in different infographics they have made.
