The students of the first year of ESO British have learnt some sayings with the same meaning in different languages. The sayings had to be learnt in both Spanish and English and either in French -we asked their French teacher for help- or in German, and. in that case I helped them myself. We helped them with their meaning and their pronunciation.
The aim of the activity was to see how different languages express the same idea with similar images, according to the culture that is behind It.
