BICULTURAL PROJECT: SOMERO (Finland) - CÁCERES (Spain)

 

Last September, our Head of the MEFP-British Council Programme at our School, Marina, together with the Head of the Bilingual Section Project, Laura Esperanza "jobshadowed" their Finnish colleagues work so as to learn how the education system works there and to exchange ideas and experiences for future implementation in our lessons and possible common Projects. The future is now!

It was a very enriching and fulfilling experience for both of them!

Marina Hurtado (IES Al-Qázeres) and María Kuusisto (Kiiruum Koulu) have designed a Bicultural Project in which 8th graders (ESO2) from both schools will start exchanging information about themselves, their school, and their town. 

We are all very excited to start planting the seeds for a future Erasmus Plus Exchange Programme.
