In this activity our students played a board game in which different emojis were showing up. Then, they were given a few characters from the game Who is Who? As they took their emojis and turned them into emotions, situations, etc. the creative process started. They had to invent a story with all those ingredients following a clear structure that had to include the following elements: characterisation, setting, plot, theme, conflict and resolution. They created a board with their stories.
