Using Graphic Organisers to Plan a Writing Task

To effectively use a graphic organiser to approach a writing task, an appropriate organiser that matched the narrative writing task was chosen in the first place. I introduced the organiser to my students and explained its purpose in organising ideas and structuring their writing.
